The overall aim of New Testament Assembly Community Projects (NTACP) is to enhance the well-being of elderly and disabled people within the Borough of Waltham Forest by helping to build confidence and improve their quality of life. Our target group are those aged 55 and over and fifty percent of our places are reserved for high dependency service users. We work in partnership with Social Services, Age Concern, and other agencies which are involved in care for the elderly.
