The Service is for assessed elders and disabled people who can come through referrals from:- Community Services, Health Services, Other Agencies, Self Referrals.

Day Care Centre
The Centre targets socially isolated people or people with a disability who resides in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Care places are reserved for people with high dependency needs, i.e. help with mobility or personal care.

Luncheon Club
Lunches are provided each day for Day Care and Luncheon Club Users.  A varied cuisine which includes Caribbean and English dishes supporting Healthy Eating is prepared each day by our qualified staff.

Community Outreach
This service comprises of making contact with isolated and/or elderly/vulnerable people in the community who may be potential service users.  To raise awareness of the service NTACP provides, contact is also made with organisations and groups, e.g. GP’s, Social Work Teams, Hospitals, Carers Organisations, Churches, Community Groups and any other groups or organisations as recommended by the outreach worker.

Our performance management at NTACP was monitored twice by Social Services during the financial year.  Overall the reports were positive highlighting the good level of leadership and accountability.
